I was particularly touched by the welcoming note left in our room, and the attentive check-in process made us feel immediately at home and valued as guests.

The rooms are exceptionally nice and terrific with lovely beds and safe. The setting is stunning, near to the Eden restaurant as well as certain areas, picturesque area. Besides, Saint Finian Church is 20 minutes' drive...

Beautiful old house, beautiful grounds and lovely rooms. Food was excellent too.

The so-called luxurious "spa" was just a tad above a bathtub, and i had to drag my luggage into a tiny, cramped room! To add insult to injury, the breakfast options were almost as limited as the staff's hospitality, leaving me disappointed. I almost considered giving a good review but couldn't, it's just embarrassing.

The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the food was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the decor of the room and bathroom.
I think the dining room should be where the bar is overlooking the beautiful surroundings on the ground floor instead of being down in the basement. The basement would be much better suited as a bar and would have a much better atmosphere in candlelight.

Couples looking for relaxation
The bed was huge and so comfy, it was like lying on a cloud. We enjoyed drinks in the Drawing Room, was like our own living room, with an open fire and nice decor.
It was pricey but worth it for the experience.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at 4:30 PM only to find my room was not ready due to a wedding party's late checkout. After traveling a long distance, being forced to wait in a crowded bar area was frustrating. The lack of proper communication about room readiness only added to my disappointment with the service.

The staff were excellent. The surroundings beautiful and the rooms extremely comfortable. The food was very good too.
The only problem I had with Bellinter House is the music. There was no atmosphere. I would definately go back but the dreadful 80's music ruined the ambience.

Staff very helpful and pleasant, food in Eden restaurant excellent
Understaffed, overall hotel rather shabby and many things didnt work correctly eg. internet, television remote control, sauna, long waits at reception desk/bar etc for service.

We had a lovely time with huge comfy beds and lush grounds to wander about. The breakfast was canny with plenty on offer. Bit of a letdown with the room decor though, felt a bit dated. we enjoyed our stay!
